Vanessa Kirby may be the latest MCU superhero with “Fantastic Four,” but the acclaimed Academy Award-nominated star is returning to her Netflix roots for the highly-anticipated thriller “Night Always Comes.” Kirby reunites with her “The Crown” director Ben Caron for the adaptation of Willy Vlautin’s bestselling novel. Kirby stars as Lynette, a woman who is ready to risk anything to save her family home.

Jennifer Jason Leigh, Stephan James, Julia Fox, Eli Roth, Randall Park, Michael Kelly, and “The Peanut Butter Falcon” breakout actor Zack Gottsagen also star.

The logline reads: “Risking everything to secure a future for herself and her brother, a woman sets out on a dangerous odyssey — confronting her own dark past over one propulsive night.” The film is described as being about a “desperate and dangerous high-stakes” that “powerfully illustrates the incredible strength and unwavering determination of one woman pushing against a system that often feels stacked against her.”
