The Television Academy has presented the second of its two 75th Creative Arts Emmy Awards ceremonies honouring outstanding artistic and technical achievement in television at the Peacock Theater at L.A. LIVE. The ceremony awarded many talented artists and craftspeople in categories including cinematography, documentary/nonfiction, game shows, reality and variety series.

It was a landmark moment for the cinematography community as Natalie Kingston made history as the first woman to win an Emmy for Outstanding Cinematography for a Limited or Anthology Series or Movie for her work on the Apple TV+ series Black Bird.

Congratulations are also in order for Stephanie Filo, ACE who won the Emmy for Outstanding Picture Editing for Variety Programming for her work on HBO’s A Black Lady Sketch Show – Stephanie’s fourth Emmy nomination, and third win!
